How to read your batch number
Every pack of Joey’s carries a batch number printed on the back. Nine characters that tell you exactly where, when and how your crisps were made. Here’s how to decode it.

Which facility made your pack. A is Podaran Snacks, Kangayam, Tamil Nadu.
Production date
The day of the month your batch was made.
Month of manufacture
Letters run A to L for January to December, so G is July.
Packing machine
The number of the machine that filled and sealed your pack.
Shift
The shift that ran the batch. A is the day shift.
Year of manufacture
The last two digits of the year, so 26 is 2026.
